Stamp Duty Charge on Banking Transactions

We will like to inform you that we have made changes to our pricing policy. This has become necessary due to the introduction of the CBN Stamp duty of N50 for every transaction above N1,000 since January 2016. This means that we have been paying the extra charge on every payment so far.

With effect from Friday 5th February, 2016, please note that we will deduct fifty Naira only (N50) from your payment before your SMS unit is calculated.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

You may click HERE to read more about this. If you have any inquiries, do send a mail to info@divsms.com

We appreciate your continued business. Thank you for always sticking with us.

D-N-D (Do-Not-Disturb) service

MTN has automatically subscribed many users to the D-N-D (Do-Not-Disturb) service. This means many of your MTN recipients will not be able to get your messages because D-N-D has been activated on their lines. Unfortunately, many of the MTN users do not know that their lines have been activated for D-N-D. Therefore, it is necessary for you to orientate your contacts about their D-N-D status.

MTN users are advised to confirm the status of their lines by sending STATUS to 2442. If the service is NOT active, the user can choose to activate the service or not but in case the service is automatically active and the user is not comfortable with it, follow these procedures to unsubscribe.

1. Send STOP to 2442 (if you want to stop D-N-D services)

2. Send ALLOW to 2442 (if you want to allow D-N-D services)

Please note that whenever D-N-D is active on a line, the line will not be able to receive any message sent through bulk SMS platform.
